Apologies first for my long absence. I’ve been writing like mad and am more than halfway through my (dire) first draft of Evernost the simple novel. In the rush of this, I haven’t found time to blog, unfortunately– especially since I have other projects underway in the interstices.
Excitements because I have turned my illustrated poetry chapbook into a 99-cent Kindle book on Amazon! If you’re interested, check it out (but know first that it’s really short–10 pages of content, though I hope those pages achieve significant density of mood and meaning).
The poems are arranged according to the seasons–and they chart the course of “an abusive romance with God,” to quote my blurb. The text and illustrations are integrated into one another, so it’s a fixed-format book, like a children’s picture book. I’m pretty excited.
